Ireland and the UK delivery services
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Saturday during normal shop hours. The standard delivery charge for orders to Ireland, UK and Channel Islands is Euro 8.75.
We are able to offer a same day delivery service for orders placed before 12pm noon Monday to Saturday for delivery to Republic of Ireland, UK and Channel Islands.
For funeral flowers ordered from the Sympathy range, it is possible to request a specific time for your delivery to be made - this service is only available for orders requiring delivery to a funeral.
If when delivering your order no-one is at home to receive it, the florist will leave a 'called today' card, inviting the recipient to call the florist and arrange a more convenient re-delivery date/time.
Delivery to overseas countries is normally the day following the day on which the order is received by us except in cases where the time difference makes same day delivery possible.

Using the Interflora service we are able to send your flowers world-wide to over 140 countries. The standard charge for overseas deliveries is EU 12.50

Deliveries to hospitals
We will accept orders requesting delivery to hospitals, however please ensure you include the recipients surname, full address of the hospital and ward name or number on the order form.
Because space and vases are at a premium in hospitals, Hand-tied bouquets or vase arrangements delivered in water are recommended. Unfortunately, hospitals cannot accept planted gifts due to the soil content.
Hospitals do not permit flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units. However some hospitals will place flowers outside the ward for the benefit of visiting families.
When ordering, it's worth remembering that the combination of red and white flowers can be distressing to some people.
Please note that orders will be delivered to the hospital reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
Deliveries to hotels
We will accept orders requesting delivery to a hotel. However, when placing your order please ensure you have included the full address of the hotel, telephone number, recipients room number (if known) and name of tour company (if applicable).
Please note that orders will be delivered to the hotel reception, the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
Deliveries to ships
If you require an order to be delivered to a ship, please include the date and time the ship is sailing or docking and the recipient's cabin number (if known) on your order form.

Deliveries to offices
Please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient for any deliveries to offices. We are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied.

Funeral deliveries
For deliveries to funerals, we will need to know the name of the deceased, the delivery address and the day and time of the funeral.
